As always, I'm a little late to the party.  L'oreal's Infallible Longwear Shaping Foundation stick was released in early 2018, I believe, but somehow I'm just discovering it. And I'm so glad that I did.

Its' claims: "Cover, define and enhance your features with Infallible Shaping Sticks from L'oreal Paris. Up to 24 hours medium-to-full coverage, contains SPF 27."

I've been using the foundation for 30 days, to give it a proper wear test. So is this foundation stick a #holygrail or #majorfail?

Little background about me....
I do not like liquid foundation. Sticks are the only foundation I will wear.
I have super dry skin, and I do not wear matte foundations.
I have a difficult time color matching just about every foundation line, because I'm dark, but I have olive undertones, which may not be evident in the photo below. Most darker shades cater to red or yellow undertones.

So with that being said, this foundation is my HOLY GRAIL!!!

  • Didn't break me out
  • Color match was perfect
  • Provide a juicy, dewy finish
  • Inexpensive
  • Easy to blend. Buildable.

  • Very limited shade range
  • Isn't exactly longwear. 8 hours for me.
  • Deeper shades are not easy to find in the drugstore. Had to order online.

Definitely worth a try.
$12.99 at most drugstores. .32 oz.
